Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ/B-1300SS Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ/B-1300SS crescent cube ice maker takes guesswork out of maintenance with its informative EverCheck™ alert system. To keep ice free of bacteria, the unit's main components include H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial and the bin is lined with seamless polyethylene that doesn't harbor contaminants. When it's time to retrieve ice from the 1,304-pound-capacity bin, staff can use the 82-ounce scoop rather than reach their hands in and serve unsanitary product.
Stainless steel on the bin, head, and evaporator of the Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ/B-1300SS ice maker and bin prevent corrosion and provide needed resilience to high-volume environments. With its self-contained and water-cooled condenser, this unit crafts a maximum daily ice amount of 1,880 pounds. Ice is accessed via a pouch-style door that prevents condensation from forming, while viewing windows enable employees to see the bin and monitor how much ice is ready for use.
