Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ3/B-800SF Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ3/B-800SF ice maker with bin is made of stainless and galvanized steel with painted legs. Its self-contained refrigeration system's evaporator is made of stainless steel to stop corrosion with frequent exposure to moisture. The condenser is water cooled and uses R-404A refrigerant to create as much as 1,880 pounds of ice in a day. It produces as much ice as other units with fewer cycles using its CycleSaver™ design while the EverCheck™ alert system informs staff if maintenance is needed.
Holding 800 pounds of ice, the bin portion of the Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ3/B-800SF ice maker and bin combo includes a scoop to facilitate ice removal without touching and contaminating it. It's lined with polyethylene, so ice stays clean and tastes fresh when served. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place in the bin for efficiency, ensuring ice doesn't melt quickly while it's stored. H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial protects the scoop, bin, and head from bacteria.
