This condenser is water cooled, so it's more energy efficient than an air-cooled alternative. The unit can produce 1,323 pounds of crescent cube ice in ideal conditions for restaurants and smoothie bars.

This Hoshizaki KM-1340MWJ ice machine head is enclosed in a stainless steel housing. Resisting rust and dents, this durable metal has a professional appearance that looks at home in customer-adjacent applications. For sanitation purposes and fresh-tasting ice, the unit has H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial protection.
