The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ/B-800SF ice maker with bin includes an ice machine head that produces crescent cube ice. This machine generates as much as 1,247 pounds of ice in a day. Its condenser is self-contained so it's swifter to install than remote alternatives, and it's water cooled.

The bin of the Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ/B-800SF ice maker with bin holds 800 pounds of ice, so plenty of ice is available when servers must fill a customer's cup. Its interior is lined with polyethylene and its exterior is made of PVC-coated galvanized steel. To prevent ice loss from melting, its walls and bottom are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
