Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ/B-800SF Description

The Hoshizaki KM-1031SAJ/B-800SF ice maker with bin produces crescent cube ice—an ice type with a high ice-to-water ratio that can be served in sodas, blended into smoothies, or bagged and sold. In 24 hours with ideal conditions, this unit makes as much as 1,365 pounds of ice using R404A refrigerant. Its condenser is air cooled, and the ice machine is equipped with an antimicrobial agent that prevents the growth of mold, slime, and bacteria.

After ice has been made, it is stored in the Hoshizaki KM-1031SAJ/B-800SF ice machine and bin, where 800 pounds of ice can be held, accessed, and quickly replenished to help restaurants keep up during the dinner rush. Its exterior is made of PVC-coated galvanized steel, and the included ice scoop also helps maintain sanitary conditions with an integrated antimicrobial agent.

Great unit just took a long time to get.

We were very busy after we opened back up from COVID 19 and our old ice maker could not keep up. New one is great but our governor decided to make us close at 11pm and killed our busy. It took so long to get with shipping we missed our busy time so now we have to much ice. Hoping we pick us soon so we can really see what it does.
