The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ/B-1500SS ice maker and bin gives a restaurant the ability to craft and serve crescent cube ice. In ideal conditions, the ice machine head can produce 1,247 pounds of ice. Its condenser is simple to install because it's self-contained and its water-cooled operation consumes less energy than air-cooled alternatives.
This Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ/B-1500SS ice machine with bin accommodates 1,500 pounds of ice for storage. The bin is lined seamlessly with polyethylene to eliminate areas where bacteria may grow. As an added antibacterial feature, the unit's 82-ounce scoop is treated with an H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial agent.
