The Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ/B-1500SS ice maker with bin produces as much as 1,365 pounds of crescent cube ice in a 24-hour period, and crescent cube ice is a versatile ice type that can be served with sodas or blended into smoothies. Using R404A refrigerant, the self-contained stainless steel unit is air cooled, while its sleek exterior helps restaurants maintain sanitary conditions using an H-Guard Plus antimicrobial agent. To access interior components for service or cleaning, panels on the unit's exterior can be removed.
Insulated to prevent loss of ice, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ/B-1500SS ice machine with bin holds 1,500 pounds of ice in its cabinet. Windows mounted in the unit's front panel provide users with the ability to inspect the bin, while a sealed door gasket and a seamless bin liner keep ice from coming in contact with contaminants.
