The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3/B-800SF ice maker with bin can create 1,360 pounds of ice daily in ideal conditions, and its bin stores 800 pounds. This arrangement is ideal for restaurants and bars that frequently retrieve ice from the bin to fill customers' cups or to blend into a coffee drink. The ice maker produces crescent cube ice, which has a high ice-to-water ratio.
This Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3/B-800SF ice machine/bin combo has a PVC-coated, galvanized steel storage bin. Its interior has a seamless polyethylene liner that doesn't have crevices that may harbor bacteria. To inhibit bacterial growth further, the bin features H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial agent. Its walls and bottom are insulated to prevent heat transfer.
