The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3/B-1150SS ice maker with bin makes 1,360 pounds of ice per day and stores 1,148 pounds of ice for quick access. Retrieval of ice is facilitated with the included scoop, which prevents employees from putting their hands in the bin. To retain the bin's chill, the door is sealed with a gasket and is insulated with polyurethane, while viewing windows at the top let users see inside without having to open the door frequently. For sanitary storage, the bin is lined with seamless polyethylene.

Using its CycleSaver™ design, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3/B-1150SS crescent-cube ice maker creates ice in half the time of comparable units. Its EverCheck™ alert system tells users when maintenance is needed, ensuring it always operates at peak efficiency.
