Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ/B-500SF Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ/B-500SF ice maker with bin makes a maximum of 1,073 pounds of crescent-cube ice per day. Its self-contained condenser streamlines installation and cools with R404A refrigerant, and if maintenance is needed, the EverCheck™ alert system informs operators that something is wrong with the unit. To provide clean and fresh-tasting ice, the bin and head are both coated with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial to slow bacteria growth. Resisting corrosion, the finish of the head is stainless steel.
The bin section of the Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ/B-500SF ice machine with bin holds as much as 500 pounds of ice for later use. Preventing employees from grabbing ice by hand, it comes with an antimicrobial scoop for sanitary retrieval. Lined with polyethylene to ensure ice stays clean, the bin opens from the front. To slow ice melting and reduce energy consumption, the bin is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
