Hoshizaki FS-1022MLJ-C Description
The Hoshizaki FS-1022MLJ-C Serenity ice machine head uses remote cooling with an air-cooled condenser, which is sold separately. This design keeps the area around the ice machine cool and quiet, so it's a great option for crowded kitchens. It also has a stainless steel exterior that makes it resistant to rust.
The Hoshizaki FS-1022MLJ-C ice maker creates cubelet-style ice. Also known as nugget ice, this type is soft and chewable. The unit produces as much as 889 pounds of ice per day in ideal conditions. Each hour, the unit runs a flush cycle to remove sediment from its components and create clean, fresh-tasting ice.
