Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ/B-1150SS Description
The Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ/B-1150SS flake ice machine with bin uses R404A refrigerant and has an ideal ambient temperature range of 45 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Its stainless steel exterior resists corrosion and can be wiped clean as needed. Depending on surrounding conditions, this unit can produce 1,624 pounds of flake ice, which is great for chilling seafood and salad. Because this is a water-cooled unit, it's more efficient than an air-cooled unit, but it uses significantly more water.
Equipped with an Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature, the Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ/B-1150SS ice maker and bin ensures clean, sanitary ice by flushing the evaporator for 2 seconds every hour. Its bin is equipped with top windows to enable visibility and is mounted on adjustable stainless steel legs. To keep ice at the proper temperature, it's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
