The Hoshizaki F-1501MAJ/B-1150SS flake ice machine is protected with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus® to inhibit the growth of unsanitary bacteria. Its stainless steel exterior resists denting and scratching and can be quickly wiped clean. Ideal for daily use in high-volume environments, this unit can produce as much as 1,543 pounds of flake ice in a 24-hour period with ideal surrounding conditions.

The Hoshizaki F-1501MAJ/B-1150SS ice maker with bin produces flake ice, which is ideal for serving chilled foods at buffets or creating blended smoothies. It includes an 82-ounce ice scoop that resists microbial growth. To keep ice at the optimal level of freshness, sediment is flushed out for 2 seconds every hour. Designed with an infrared bin sensor, this unit monitors ice production and prevents ice from overflowing in the bin.
