The Hoshizaki F-1002MWJ/B-1150SS flake ice machine with bin features a durable stainless steel exterior that resists scratching and rusting. To inhibit harmful bacterial growth, the bin and included scoop are protected with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus®. Depending on ambient conditions, this unit can produce 955 pounds of flake ice with a storage capacity of 1,148 pounds.

To maintain ice quality and freshness, the Hoshizaki F-1002MWJ/B-1150SS ice maker and bin combo has an Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature that removes sediment every hour with a 2-second flush cycle. The bin is designed with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to retain cold air and maintain proper temperatures. Enabling operators to clearly monitor fill level, the bin features top windows, and the infrared bin sensor stops ice production if the bin gets too full to prevent overflowing.
