The Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ/B-1150SS flake ice maker with bin is protected with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus® to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and microbes. Designed with an Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature, this unit keeps ice clean and fresh by rinsing the evaporator for 2 seconds every hour. This unit uses R404A refrigerant and has an optimal ambient temperature range between 45 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ideal for high-volume restaurants, the bin portion of the Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ/B-1150SS flaker ice machine has a storage capacity of 1,148 pounds. It includes a scoop that can accommodate 82 ounces and features top windows for interior visibility. To keep ice at the right temperature, the bin is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
