Wells WB2E Description
The Wells WB-2E double waffle baker features two side-by-side waffle grids, each with its own controls that enable making a round, 7-inch waffle. To ensure consistent cooking, the plates are made of even-heating cast aluminum, while floating hinges let the top plates rise as the waffles bake and expand. In case they expand too much, the stainless steel exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth for quick cleaning, and the steel drip tray contains overflow to keep the countertop clean. Additionally, the cast aluminum plates can be seasoned to keep waffles from getting stuck.
This Wells WB-2E round waffle baker has programmable controls that enable operators to optimize baking conditions. The temperature level is adjustable between 250 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer can count down times between 1 second and 10 minutes for a large range of cooking options. Because the controls conveniently remember these settings, the operator only needs to input them during first-time setup.
