Wells WB-1E Description
Featuring programmable controls, the Wells WB-1E waffle maker creates consistent waffles every time, and time and temperature settings only need to be programmed once for the unit to remember them. During set up, operators can select a temperature level between 250 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit and designate a cook time as long as 10 minutes. Once powered on, the unit will begin heating to that temperature, and it will start the timer when users press the start button. After the waffle is done cooking, the unit sounds an alarm to audibly alert the kitchen staff.
This Wells WB-1E round waffle baker is constructed of stainless steel on the sides, front, and top, and to hold stray batter until cleaning, it comes with a removable drip tray. For user comfort, the coil handles are heat resistant and the cast aluminum plates are lightweight. To ensure smooth operation, these plates should be regularly seasoned so waffles don't stick to them.
