The pan opening of the Wells SS-206 drop-in food well measures 12 inches by 20 inches, providing space for one full-size pan. It is ideal for wet or dry operations, designed to be top mounted, and comes standard with Wellslok hardware for simple installation.

This Wells SS-206 hot food well features a durable, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel interior. The one-piece top flange is also made of stainless steel. This unit's simple-to-operate controls feature a high-limit precaution for safe operation. Indicator lights signal when the unit has reached preset temperatures. It heats quickly by utilizing a tubular heating element underneath the pan.
