Wells MOD-500TDM Description
Equipped with individual controls for each inset, the Wells MOD-500TDM drop-in hot food well can warm food in five separate pans at different temperatures. These levels can be controlled using the front-mounted panel, which is made of one piece so little parts can't go missing. It is great for wet or dry operations, and if used with water, an included drain helps empty it after use.
The interior of the Wells MOD-500TDM drop-in hot food well is made of stainless steel, resisting corrosion and damage from consistent use. Constructed of durable aluminum steel, the exterior is fully insulated to trap hot air and reduce energy usage. This unit is safe to operate because if the temperature gets too high, it shuts off automatically to prevent overheating.
