Wells MOD-300TDM-QS Description
Holding three full-size food pans at once, the Wells MOD-300TDM-QS drop-in hot food well can warm a variety of foods at different temperatures because each well is operated individually. The controls are mounted on the front, and they are made of one piece so if food particles and debris get on them, they can be cleaned off. It uses tubular elements for heating, and the housing is insulated to keep heat inside the unit, heating up efficiently and saving energy.
The Wells MOD-300TDM-QS drop-in hot food well is suitable for use with wet or dry applications, and if users choose a wet application, the excess water can be emptied safely with the included drain. Made of stainless steel, this unit won't corrode after years of use, and to prevent overheating, the unit shuts off automatically if the temperature gets too high.
