Wells HMP-6DU Description
Designed with a 6-inch by 20-inch pan opening, the Wells HMP-6DU drop-in food well holds half-size steam pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans. A drain in the well makes it convenient to clean, and it can be used with or without a water pan. Using water in the well will improve the transfer of heat and evenly distribute the warm temperatures. The temperature is adjustable to a set level on the thermostatic controller, and this panel is separate from the well and has a recessed design.
