Designed with round corners and a one-piece stainless steel top, the Wells BMW-206RT drop-in hot food well promotes efficient cleaning, and its heavy-gauge stainless steel warming pans and tubular heating elements permit even heat distribution. These warm temperatures are maintained with insulation around the sides and bottom of the unit. For smooth operation, this unit features recessed thermostatic controls and temperature-ready indicator lights on a front-mounted panel. Overall, this food well measures 13 7⁄8 inches wide by 21 15⁄16 inches deep by 8 5⁄16 inches high and holds one 12-inch by 20-inch pan.
