We love this product and KaTom!
The first one we bought we didn't get. I called and spoke with Blake and he was great! Took minutes to discover it never shipped and he called the manufacturer and a new one was on its way! We got it 3 days later via UPS. The price of the product was the best we found anywhere and the quality is really strong. It fit perfectly between my washer and dryer as we had planned and we are SO happy ditching the bad-quality bins we have had for years.
