We love this product and KaTom!

The first one we bought we didn't get. I called and spoke with Blake and he was great! Took minutes to discover it never shipped and he called the manufacturer and a new one was on its way! We got it 3 days later via UPS. The price of the product was the best we found anywhere and the quality is really strong. It fit perfectly between my washer and dryer as we had planned and we are SO happy ditching the bad-quality bins we have had for years. We loved this bin and company so much, I immediately ordered a 2nd bin that arrived within 3 days! Just what we wanted! Thanks to Blake and KaTom!

Not so Good

The Non Stick Surface started peeling the 2nd Time I used it. Never overheated it, Never used any abrasive tools, or cleaners. 2nd time I used it it got a square centimetre of peeled non stick surface. I like the shape and the handles and the price is right, but Two uses and now it's trash.

Not working out - Rice constantly undercooked

We have 2 rice cooker and I bought this because I thought my existing one was not that good. However this one turn out to be even worse. Been trying to get properly cooked rice for weeks. The button always jump the gun and even after leaving it for 15 min more the rice are still unevenly cook so basically we had to steam the rice separately for another 10 min before it can be used.
