The John Boos ST6-3672SBK work table’s top is sound-deadened to capture the noise of knives and spatulas, enabling kitchen staff to prepare food directly on it. For scratch and dent resistance, the top is made of strong stainless steel. Since it’s 16-gauge steel, the top provides solid thickness with a more affordable price range than thicker 14-gauge options. With its adjustable bullet feet, the table can be conveniently stabilized on uneven floors.
