Eliminating hard edges and improving user safety, the John Boos ST6-3660SBK work table has a stallion safety edge on the front and back. Its top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel, which offers solid material at a more affordable price than lower-gauge, higher-thickness alternatives. So kitchen staff can place it directly between two pieces of equipment, the table has a 90-degree turndown on its sides. Its stainless steel top holds up well against scrapes and scratches.
