The John Boos ST4-3036GSK work table includes an adjustable undershelf constructed of galvanized steel, creating convenient storage space for supplies or equipment beneath the main surface. Its flat top is built of 14-gauge, type-300 stainless steel and polished to a No. 4 satin finish for durability and a professional appearance. This model measures 36 inches long by 30 inches deep by 35 3⁄4 inches high, making it suitable for compact prep areas. A sound-deadened surface reduces vibration during tasks, while a 1-inch by 2-inch box channel runs the full underside to enhance strength. Galvanized legs and adjustable bullet feet stabilize the unit on uneven flooring. The front and rear include 1 1⁄2-inch Stallion Safety Edges to enhance comfort and safety, and the sides are turned down at 90 degrees to position the table flush with nearby equipment.
