The adjustable undershelf on the John Boos ST4-30108GSK work table offers added storage for tools and supplies beneath the main work surface. Constructed of 14-gauge, type 300 stainless steel, the flat top is polished to a No. 4 satin finish for durability and a professional appearance. This unit measures 108 inches long, 30 inches deep, and 35 3⁄4 inches high, giving kitchens a large area for food preparation. The top is sound deadened to minimize vibration, while 1 1⁄2-inch Stallion Safety Edges on the front and rear improve comfort. For precise alignment, the side edges bend at a 90-degree angle to sit flush against adjacent equipment. Stability is provided by galvanized legs and adjustable bullet feet, while the full length of the table is reinforced underneath by a 1-inch by 2-inch box channel.
