An economical alternative to 14-gauge stainless steel, the John Boos JDTC-20-48R Pro-Bowl clean dishtable's bowls, top, legs, bracing, and gussets are made of durable, 16-gauge stainless steel. If flooring in the commercial kitchen is uneven, operators can level the piece of equipment with its 1-inch adjustable galvanized bullet feet. The dishtable measures 48 inches in width by 30.38 inches in depth by 44.06 inches in height.
