The top of the John Boos FBLS4830 work table is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel—a sturdy metal well suited to chopping vegetables and other manual prep work. To reduce noise caused by everyday activity, the top is sound deadened. This table stands at a comfortable working height of 35 1⁄2 inches and is positioned on adjustable plastic bullet feet.
