Imperial ITG-60 Description
The Imperial ITG-60 gas griddle is controlled via three thermostatic controls that adjust the continuous pilot below the 1-inch-thick griddle plate. The five burners are spaced 12 inches for even heating below polished surface, and the griddle plate itself measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep—ideal for cooking breakfast and lunch favorites like pancakes and hamburger patties. This unit’s knobs feature Valox™ heat protection to reduce scalding hazards.
The Imperial ITG-60 gas griddle's front, sides, splash guard, and ledge are made of stainless steel for strength and durability. The unit's grease trough and 1-gallon grease collect grease during the cooking process and maintain a clean worktop; the can is easily removed for cleaning. This gas griddle sits on 4-inch legs to for stability and requires a 6-inch clearance at the front and sides.
