Imperial ITG-48 Description
The countertop Imperial ITG-48 gas griddle is constructed of stainless steel and features a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate that holds heat and distributes it evenly. The cooking surface on the griddle is 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep, and the griddle is controlled by thermostatic controls for precise heat settings. Beneath the plate are three burners and between each burner is an aerated baffle that also helps evenly distribute heat.
The Imperial ITG-48 gas griddle measures 48 inches wide by 32 3⁄8 inches deep by 14 inches tall. The grease from cooking is prevented from splattering widely by the stainless steel splashguards put into place on the rear and sides of the griddle. Grease drains into the grease gutter and then into the removable grease can.
