Imperial ITG-36 Description
The Imperial ITG-36 gas griddle features thermostatic controls that allow operators to control the griddle's heat with precision. It's powered by LP gas and features a pilot light, eliminating the need for manual lighting. There are three burners interspersed with aerated baffles; these baffles promote even heat distribution across the griddle plate surface. Splash guards are in place on the back and two sides of the griddle to help protect other objects in the workspace from batter or grease splatter. The cooking surface of the griddle is 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep—a size that enables operators to simultaneously prepare multiple menu items.
In order to reduce the amount of grease on the cooking surface, the Imperial ITG-36 has a 4-inch-wide grease gutter that catches and funnels grease into the grease can. The grease can sports a 1-gallon capacity and is equipped with a weep hole to indicate when it's full and needs to be emptied. The full griddle measures 36 inches wide by 323/8 inches deep by 14 inches tall.
