Imperial ITG-36-E Description
Equipped with a 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface, the Imperial ITG-36-E electric countertop griddle maintains heat in high-production times with serpentine heating elements located beneath the griddle plate. The heating elements’ placement underneath the entirety of the plate helps improve uniform heat distribution, so several items can be cooked simultaneously. Its thick steel griddle plate retains the desired temperature and recovers that temperature quickly. For grease maintenance, users can scrape oily runoff into the 4-inch-wide stainless steel grease gutter, which drains into the 4-gallon capacity grease can. When full, its weep hole indicates a need for removal.
The Imperial ITG-36-E commercial griddle’s front, sides, splash guards, and ledge are made of stainless steel to withstand frequent use. So it can be easily wiped down, the front ledge is one rolled piece that doesn’t contain crumb-catching crevices. Control knobs, located at the front of the unit, are made of sturdy plastic and are easy to turn. Towering above the griddle plate, rear and side splash guards prevent hot oil from sloshing onto nearby surfaces. The standard range structure fits atop countertops and equipment stands and can also be lifted by the 4-inch stainless steel legs.
