Imperial ITG-24 Description
The Imperial ITG-24 gas griddle has two burners that each generate 30,000 BTU to heat the griddle plate and cook burgers, steaks, omelets, or whatever product is called for. Its plate is made of polished steel and is an inch thick, meaning it takes longer to heat and retains heat better than a thin plate. The plate is ringed by splash guards to keep food matter from leaking out to the surroundings.
A one-gallon grease can stores lots of food waste from the Imperial ITG-24 countertop griddle and can be removed for emptying and cleaning. A ledge across the griddle’s knobs counteracts both knob bumps and accidental touch burns against the hot griddle surface. Its smooth plate requires little work to wipe clean at the end of a shift. To lift it off the counter, the griddle has four-inch legs.
