Imperial IMGA-3628-1 Description
The Imperial IMGA-3628-1 gas griddle is constructed of stainless steel and features a griddle plate measuring 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep. This large surface supports high-volume batches of pancakes, burgers, and eggs, and because the plate is made of polished steel, it's both durable and simple to clean. The griddle is designed for countertop use as it stands on four 4-inch stainless steel legs. The three burners are controlled by manual knobs, and this LP gas-powered griddle is equipped with a continuous pilot light that eliminates the need to reignite the burners.
The Imperial IMGA-3628-1 gas griddle features an easy-to-remove grease can that sports a 1-gallon capacity and is equipped with a weep hole that indicates when that capacity has been reached. Grease funnels into the grease can by way of the grease gutter, which is 4 inches wide. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick for ideal heat retention and dispersion, and between the burners underneath the griddle plate are aerated baffles, which allow heat to be distributed evenly for a more accurate cooking experience. The whole griddle is 36 inches wide by 323/8 inches deep by 14 inches tall.
