In ideal conditions, the Manitowoc Ice IYP0800A-261/SPA312 Indigo® NXT™ ice maker with dispenser can make 745 pounds of half-cube ice in 24 hours. This type of ice measures 3⁄8 of an inch by 1 1⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 of an inch and is ideal for bagging or cooling drinks. Operators can program this machine to produce a set amount of ice daily or to generate ice at certain times to conserve energy. For enhanced reliability in challenging water conditions and environments, it features an acoustical ice-sensing probe and active-sense technology. While the easyTouch® display streamlines operation with its simple-to-use, icon-based medium, its 24-hour diagnostic feedback can provide maintenance alerts.
Operators can thoroughly clean the foodzone by opening this unit's front hinged door and removing the sensing probes, distribution tube, curtain, and water trough. Because some of these components are primed with AlphaSan® antimicrobial, they slow the spread of bacteria between regular cleanings. Designed to sit on a base, this ice maker measures 30 inches wide by 24 1⁄2 inches deep by 26 1⁄2 inches tall. Its DuraTech™ exterior resists dirt, corrosion, and fingerprints to ease cleaning and retain a crisp appearance in high-traffic settings.
This Manitowoc Ice IYP0800A-261/SPA312 ice machine with dispenser can hold 180 pounds of ice in storage, and features a broad dispensing area to accommodate ice buckets and glasses. The touchless, lever-activated ice chute requires users to press the bucket or glass against the lever to dispense ice. For safety, stray ice can fall into the oversized drain pan, and to ease cleanup, the ice maker's foodzone is accessible via the removable dispenser door. Similarly to the ice maker head, the dispenser boasts a DuraTech finish. Together, the base and ice maker head measure 30 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 82 inches tall.
