The Manitowoc Ice IYP0600A-261/D970/K00470 Indigo® NXT™ half-cube ice machine uses an ice-sensing probe to monitor ice cube thickness and ensure the product consistency. To generate a maximum of 672 pounds of ice in 24 hours, ambient air must be 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water should be 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can program the time and volume of daily ice production using the easyTouch® digital control panel. Intelligent diagnostics provide 24-hour preventive maintenance and diagnostic feedback to minimize the chance of long-term operation issues.

To ease setup, this 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 21 1⁄2-inch-tall ice machine head boasts a self-contained, air-cooled condenser. Its DuraTech® exterior provides lasting corrosion resistance, while its clear coat resists fingerprints and dirt to simplify cleaning. Users can open the front hinged door to access the foodzone, which includes a removable distribution tube, curtain, sensing probe, and water trough to ease cleaning. Some of these components are treated with AlphaSan® antimicrobial to inhibit bacterial growth between regular cleanings.

This 48-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 50-inch-tall bin features a polyurethane arctic blue liner and a DuraTech metal finish to match the ice machine head. To slow ice melting, its door is insulated. Staff can grip the door with one hand from the left, right, or center, and once it's fully opened, it self-latches to remain in place as users retrieve ice. The door is angled 53 degrees so users can access the unit's base. This unit comes with an NSF-approved sanitary ice scoop that guards the knuckles and thumbs, and its molded retaining lip maximizes the amount of ice that can be lifted.
