Manitowoc Ice IYF2100C Description
The Manitowoc Ice IYF2100C full-cube ice machine head is part of the NXT™ Quiet Cube series. Once installed with the compatible remote condensing unit and lines (sold separately), this unit can produce 1,800 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period. It’s air cooled and uses nonflammable, nontoxic R404a refrigerant to produce half-dice ice cubes. For increased efficiency, this unit features a reliable acoustical ice-sensing probe that functions in adverse conditions and environments. The easytouch® display on the front of the unit enables users to modify ice production as needed.
The Manitowoc IYF2100C QuietQube full-cube ice machine measures 30 inches wide by 24 1⁄2 inches deep by 29 1⁄2 inches tall. Its space-saving design enables the unit to fit into small spaces and between other kitchen equipment units. This maker must be attached to ice storage bins (not included) for operation. Its stainless steel body is protected with a corrosion-resistant DuraTech® clear coat. The food zone—which consists of a hung door, removable water trough, and water probe—uses LuminIce® II virus and bacteria inhibitor to control bacteria and yeast growth.
