Manitowoc Ice IDF0500N Description
Enhanced with a DuraTech™ clear coat, the Manitowoc Ice IDF0500N Indigo NXT™ ice machine head's exterior is durable and resistant to corrosion, scratches, and fingerprint smudges. This unit produces as much as 510 pounds of full-cube ice daily in ideal conditions, and because these full-cube pieces melt slowly, they're ideal for locations selling soft drinks, mixed drinks, sweet tea, and other chilled beverages.
The Manitowoc Ice IDF0500N Indigo NXT ice machine head is designed with a remote condensing set up—a style of ice machine that produces less noise and releases less hot air into the kitchen area than self-contained units. For accurate measuring, the machine head includes an acoustical sensing probe so users can program the ice production levels based on time of day. To access and clean the foodzone, this ice machine has a lift-off door, and select components can be removed for cleaning.
