MoTak MEWF-72-A Description
Arranged on 4-inch locking casters, the MoTak MEWF-72-A three-section worktop freezer delivers clean movement and fixed positioning. Automatic defrosting clears components of frost, while digital controls with an LED display fine-tune temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Powered by a self-contained, rear-mounted system, it spreads R290-cooled air across three plastic-coated shelves to avoid product spoilage. Behind three recessed-handled, self-closing doors, its 19.6-cubic-foot stainless interior inhibits heat transfer and corrosion. Measuring 71 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 41 1⁄2 inches high, the unit provides a 430 stainless steel prep surface that resists visible wear.
