MoTak MCBR36-D-A Description
The MoTak MCBR36-D-A chef base refrigerator features a 36 3⁄8-inch-wide worktop with a marine edge to contain spills, while the aluminum back provides a reinforced construction. Its stainless steel drawers are mounted on heavy-duty sliders to support repeated opening and closing, and the stainless steel interior and floor withstand use in prep environments. An electronic control system enables operators to adjust temperature settings and defrost frequency.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and top, the MoTak MCBR36-D-A chef base refrigerator is mounted on heavy-duty swivel-plate casters to support mobility in kitchen layouts. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling performance while providing a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit for refrigerated storage.
