American Range AR-6 Description
On the top, the American Range AR-6 restaurant range has six powerful, 32,000-BTU burners. Each one has a cast iron grate to hold and distribute heat to the pans above. As foods are finished cooking, they can be moved to the 6-inch landing for plating and—if the needed supplies are stored in the high shelf—users can grab what they need. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and its heavy-gauge frame provides strong structural support.
To save space, this American Range AR-6 commercial gas range has a standard oven base. The base has thermostatic controls to maintain the correct temperature and runs at a set level between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Interior surfaces have a porcelain-enameled finish, which is slick to prevent food buildup and for prompt cleaning. The oven door can be removed for cleaning, reducing staff labor when cleaning the interior. For cleaning, operators can lift the burners and dump waste from the full-width collection tray.
