The American Range AR10 gas range is built with ten individually controlled burners and two ovens, so it's a good choice for locations that prepare many different dishes simultaneously. Its stainless steel construction and heavy-duty, cast iron burner grates resist bending and scratching during rigorous use. The reinforced frame is made of welded steel that holds its shape and supports the unit's structure. To increase user access during cleaning, the open-style burners have a lift-off design.
Because they're coated with porcelain enamel finish, the interior of the two ovens in this American Range AR10 restaurant range can withstand intense heat and avert stuck-on food. When performing routine maintenance and cleaning, users can remove the stainless steel oven doors to sanitize the unit interior thoroughly. A matchless, push-button ignition design and standing pilot light at each burner ensure instant ignition at the press of a button, without exposing the user's hands to flame.
