Taylor 3519FDA Description
The Taylor 3519FDA digital thermometer has instant read technology to display temperatures continuously during busy kitchen services. Its digital LCD readout is 0.4 of an inch tall and accurately displays temperatures between -40 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit or -40 and 230 degrees Celsius, down to one decimal place. It's water-resistant and its protective sleeve can be attached to the back of the thermometer to double as an extension. To conserve its battery life, the thermometer has an automatic shut-off feature.
