Krowne 30-324 Description
Constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel, the Krowne 30-324 splash guard forms a protective barrier along the fryer wall to help limit exposure to hot oil during cooking tasks. Its universal profile supports installation on most fryer models, and the 20 1⁄2-inch depth paired with an 18-inch height creates broad coverage on either the left or right side of the unit. Designed for fryers with a 1⁄2-inch wall thickness, the guard attaches securely to the equipment and can be removed when routine cleaning or repositioning is required.
