Every cook should have a few.
Very functional
Don't grill without these!
These sizzlin' platters are the only serving piece we use when grilling. I put the sizzlers on the top rack of the grill to heat when I turn steaks, chops, shrimp skewers or chicken to finish cooking. I undercook everything just a LITTLE because it finishes cooking on the sizzler. It's great to hear a steak sizzle a bit when it meats the hot plate. They hand wash quite easily and I haven't tried putting them in the dish washer. A steak knife does, of course, leave a mark on the sizzler and that's simply expected. This is a great quality sizzler platter and I bought it to replace some lighter weight platters that I've had, used and loved for years. Buy 'em!
