Beautiful and Sturdy
We use the whole line of Regency silverware in our home. It's beautiful and holds its mirror shine, wash after wash. They are also very sturdy and hold up to daily wear and tear. I'm buying more to fill in for extra guests. This was the best gift I ever got for my kitchen.

Unfortunately this product did not meet our needs.
We use a lot of squeeze bottles in our operation, and we would prefer a bottle that has a lip at the top so that when the top is screwed on, there is less likelihood for leakage. When squeezing, these leak a lot.

Not a good product
I realize this is inexpensive....I just at the last minute tacked it onto my order. It is worthless, however. All it does is crush lettuce and bruise it. It went into the garbage. Sad waste off plastic.

Great size and robust construction. Stainless steel body not of highest quality: deep pits formed in the surface after cooking a large batch of tomato sauce. Best for cooking pasta, not anything acidic.

Company does not stand by product descriptions. Was told not only that they are not responsible but it's the customers responsibility and they carry all risk. Attempted to send both stock pot and basket and pay their required restock and shipping fees even though their web site leads you to believe fit. No response whatsoever. Terrible user support. Now I'm stuck with no useless products that don't provide the intended capability.

Waste of Money...Shattered in a Week
I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. I used this to steep tea and it cracked within a week. I never put boiling water in things like this, and still, it broke. I tried using a sealant but it still could not withhold the damage.

The product is fine, 5 stars. KaTom's service, ZERO. KaTom's multi-shipment, multi-error ridden emails and multi-backorder processes require a very serious review. Among other things, ordered 12 dozen forks 11/9/18 for Thanksgiving. Received 6 dozen 12/4/18. Still waiting on 6 dozen. Hopefully before Christmas..... Still waiting on other items from the same order as well as replacements for the items received broken. Probably won't use KaTom again. Too frustrating.

I concur with the other reviews left before me that they don't match and are larger than the 6oz cappuccino cups that are supposedly their mate. I thought I'd gamble and see for myself because this is the only place I can find that offers anything close to saucers for it, but that gamble didn't pay off. I mean other than that it seems like a fine saucer.

A much better alternative to a plastic table tent sign. You can use a marker on these, use a label maker, or whatever, and bring them right back to their original state. They don't break or crack. Nothing better. Shipping, however, was pricey!

I'm left handed so the thumb actuated scoops don't work for me. The inside scraper fits tight against the bowl making it easy to get every bit out of your scoop. I recommend this item.

Picture a little misleading
I am glad we knew what we were ordering. It looks like we would get a cup and saucer as pictured. All you get with this item is the cup, which is all that is described in the narrative. Great cup for small desserts or mini soups at a party. Oh yeh, also for espresso.
