Designed as a standalone unit, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-8-BE-LED fish/poultry case measures 96 inches long by 34 1⁄4 inches deep by 55 inches high. This case has a steel top and a stainless steel ice pan outfitted with a drain for efficient operation. This unit has a sleek black exterior and a white interior, end panels, and floor. The black exterior can complement most kitchen or bar setups, while the white interior helps users identify areas that need cleaning. The interior is accessible through four top doors and two sliding back doors.
The Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-8-BE-LED full-service fish/poultry case has a thermal-insulated, straight front glass that provides a clear view of cabinet contents and maintains cold temperatures. The interior is cooled using R513A refrigerant and is illuminated by two rows of LED lights at the top of the unit. This case can be set between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure consistent conditions and prevent ice buildup, this unit has an electronic defrost system with a 24-hour cycle.
