The Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-6-LED full-service fish/poultry case’s white exterior and interior, mirror trim, and LED lighting create an elegant food display, and the unit is made of heavy-gauge steel for durability. The 34.5-cubic-foot interior space is fitted with three main deck shelves and three ice pans with drains. The rear doors, end panels, and front and rear grills are removable when users need to clean or perform maintenance tasks. Overall, this case measures 74 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 49 3⁄5 inches high.
Equipped with digital controls, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-6-LED fish/poultry case enables precise temperature adjustments between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If the holding temperature deviates from the set level, the expansion valve regulates the R513A refrigerant flow to quickly restore the correct level. The unit’s CFC-free foam insulation encourages temperature retention, while the included gravity coil preserves the humidity of meat products.
